July 2020 IPMS Toronto Virtual Meeting

A quick update on our meeting situation:  The Loblaws cooking school is currently estimating that they will not be reopening the room until late September, so we will be continuing with virtual meetings for the immediate future.
We’ll be holding our next virtual meeting on the evening of July 6 (this coming Monday) via Zoom.  Please see below for the invitation details and we look forward to seeing you there!

On The (Virtual) Tables April 2020

It’s a brave new world and even our hobbies are being affected!  In April IPMS Toronto held our first ever virtual club meeting with members from a number of other local clubs joining in as well.  See below for a gallery of the work that was presented as well as a recording of the meeting.

In light of the social distancing activities that we’re all observing, for the first time ever the April’s Fort York AMPS / IPMS Toronto meeting will be held ONLINE via ZOOM.  
 
If you’re unfamiliar with the ZOOM platform, feel free to watch a brief YouTube video on the basics of ZOOM:

ZOOM works across platforms (Mac, PC, Linux, Desktop, Laptop, Android phones, iPhones, tablets and iPads) and with any browser if you’re on a laptop or desktop.   There is a very small file that needs to be downloaded as a browser extension which enables realtime video within your browser.
